Due to the closure of the Tokyo Customs during the New Year period from 28 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 , the following adjustments will be made to our shipments:

■ About shipments

Merged orders paid during from 28 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 will be picked up by freight carriers from 7 January 2025 (Tue).

During this period, you will still receive tracking numbers and shipment notification letters from the system, but the actual date of dispatch and customs clearance for departure from Japan will be 7 January 2025.

Please note that due to the high volume of packages during the holiday season, there may be delays in delivery.

Our customer service will be closed from 28 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 , and all inquiry will be answered from 6 January 2025.
