Latest news: DHL has resumed shipments to Canada from 30 June.

We would like to provide an update regarding DHL shipments to Canada.

DHL Japan, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “DHL”) has informed us that they will temporarily suspend the collection of shipments to and from Canada starting Wednesday, June 18, 2025, until further notice.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we have temporarily suspended accepting DHL shipments for Canada, effective today.

We are currently awaiting new information regarding the resumption of services.
In the meantime, please consider alternative shipping methods for your shipments to Canada.
