  • Revision of DHL and FedEx Shipping Charges
    The shipping fee of DHL and FedEx will be updated to a higher 6.9% average.
  • Package Material Fee for EMS
    An additional package material fee of 330 JPY (incl. tax) will be added for EMS.
  • Revision of Handling Fee
    It will be uniformly increased by 100–200 JPY, approximately 0.7–1.3 USD.
  • Price Reduction Promotion in Response to Cost Revision from Monday, January 20, 2025, 1:00 PM JST to the End of January.

  • Revision of DHL and FedEx Shipping Charges
    DHL and FedEx announced in press releases that international shipping rates will increase by an average of 6.7% starting in January 2025. According to each company, the main reasons for the price hikes are management costs related to inflation, currency fluctuations, regulations, and security measures.
    We (AOCS) have also received the same explanation from them.

DHL Express Announces Annual Price Adjustments for 2025 in Japan

Effective January 6, 2025, FedEx export, import, and global third-party shipping rates will be increased. 

While we have continually strived to reduce costs and set shipping fees to minimize the burden on our customers, we couldn’t wholly absorb this increase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

  • Package Material Fee for EMS
    An additional 330 JPY (including tax) for EMS will be charged for packaging material fees. Differences in customs clearance and handling quality across countries require us to maintain strict packaging standards. However, we cannot withstand the rising costs of packaging materials, including shipping labels and pouches. The cost of delivering to post offices through our service has also increased.

 

  • Revision of Handling Fee
    The handling fees, regularly reviewed following revisions to Japan’s statutory minimum hourly wage, will be uniformly increased by 100–200 JPY, approximately 0.7–1.3 USD. Additionally, we will revise the earning rate for the points this time, as previously announced,

    To mitigate the impact on customers with pending orders, we will implement the following discounts:

**DHL and FedEx**: 7% OFF Shipping Charges
**Handling Fees**: 40% OFF
**Implementation Period**: Monday, January 20, 2025, 1:00 PM JST – Friday, February 31, 2025, 11:59 PM JST
