We have provided 3 days for the canceled package, the 13th of February.

 

We (AOCS) have provided a 32-day free storage period after your order arrives.
During this period, you can order the package to be combined with other packages or shipped at any time.

We will introduce a new functionality to extend the storage period in increments of 7 days in February.

Storage Extension Period Functionality
300 yen/7 days (incl. Consumption tax of JP)

PayPal, credit cards, and Alipay are available to pay for this functionality and AOCS points.

  1.  Please access My List of Orders.
  2. If the My List of Orders shows the arrived package,
    – Item order number
    – Price (Tax included)
    – Weight
    – Storage Period (Days Remaining in Storage Left)
    -Current Status
    If the package status is “Arrived at AOCS,” the Proceed the Shipping Instruction button appears.
    With this release, an Extend button will be placed next to the Storage Period display if an extension is possible.
  3. You can extend the shelf life if you have at least one shelf life remaining.
  4. If you press the Extend button, you can specify which order to extend the storage period and execute the extension.
    Also, you can confirm how many days remain if you extend the storage period.
  5. After pressing the Extend Button, the screen transitions to the payment screen.
    When you pay the extension fee, you can appropriate more than 1 point up to the full amount.
  6. As usual, you can pay by PayPal, credit card, Alipay, and AOCS points.
  7. You will be transferred to the storage period extension completion screen when the payment is completed.

    At the same time, we will automatically email you the payment details, so please confirm them.
