1.Register for AOCS.

Then, Click “Register a new account” button!
At first, let’s register an email address to use for account registration!
You will receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. After receiving it, please proceed with registration according to the contents of the email.
Please register your personal information and ship-to address. The name and ship-to address will be printed on the international shipping label as it is registered, so please be sure to enter the contents that can be delivered.
After registration, you can log in. The AOCS member ID and Toranoana member ID are issued if you set the password which is used for Toranoana registration. If you shop at Toranoana with this ID, you will receive benefits such as free domestic shipping and special coupons.
If you already have a Torinoana Member ID, please change your email address in advance so that the email address already used by that ID will not be the same as your AOCS Member ID.
2.From confirming Toranoana account ID to logging in.
After making a relationship with Toranoana, the Toranoana account ID which can be used for shopping is displayed.
Let’s log in to Toranoana website with using this account ID.
Enter the login ID and password that were issued and click
button. The password which should be entered at this time is that you set on the account relationship screen of AOCS.
Now, let’s begin the shopping!
In the case of forgetting the password which you set….
On the Toranoana login screen, please click Forgot your password?
After entering the registered email address and Toranoana account ID, you can click button. Please click the URL for the password revising page in the email which sent from Toranoana.
3.How to order on Toranoana website
Please indicate the quantity on the product page and click
In the case of Stocked Items…
Only is displayed in the button.
In the case of Pre-Ordered Items…
Additionally
will displayed in the button.
Quantity of the ordered will be indicated on the icons in the page header.
Once you have all the items you want in your cart, click on the icon to go to the order confirmation page.
On the order confirmation page, you can check the items in the cart and the quantity and you can also change the quantity on this screen.
If there is no problem, please press on the right side of the screen.
You can do the below actions on the order confirmation screen.
*Confirming the ship-to address
*Selection of the shipping and payment methods
*Specifying the delivery time
But in the case of using AOCS, nothing need to change.

The default ship-to address is warehouse of AOCS. Please never edit this address.
Selection of the shipping and payment methods
Please make sure to select
“AOCS” for the shipping method always in case of using AOCS.
Specifying a shipping method as “AOCS”, the the selection screen of the payment method will be skipped. In this case, “代引き (cash on delivery)” is automatically set due to the system specifications.

Please leave this field as “指定なし (Unspecified)”
Order confirmation screen
This screen is the final confirmation of the ordering.
You should always specify “毎度便 (Rapid)” for the order consolidation cycle. And then, please press at the below part of this screen.
4.The flow after arriving at AOCS
As soon as they are ready to ship, they will be listed as “In Procurement” on the AOCS My Page.
When the package arrives in AOCS, AOCS will check the items and update the status as “Arrival” within 48 hours. If you have more than one package, we will merge them in one package. Please let us know via the contact form if you would like us to pack your order separately if it arrives later.
You can check the details of your request by clicking the order number from the list on your account page.
If you are satisfied with the contents, please choose from the two payment methods listed at the top of the detail information.
As of April 2019, you can choose between PayPal payment and credit card payment.
After the payment process has completed, the status of payment request will be updated to “Ready to Ship” status in a few minutes.
After the payment process, the package will be shipped from AOCS warehouse and delivered to the carrier within 24 hours.
*Additional Note (October 12th, 2023)
Please be aware that during busy periods, there may be delays in shipping.
For updates on the delivery status and other relevant information, we recommend checking our AOCS website’s “NEWS” section.
It will be reflected in the EMS tracking service within 6 hours after delivery.
Please contact your local post office if the delivery is delayed because the method of receiving differs depending on the country, state and region.
With the next release of new functionality for the end of May 2019, customer can order multiple packages to be shipped together at any time. Please wait for the release.
If you do not pay within 7 days of your request in accordance with AOCS rules, the payment button will be hidden once.
We will re-update the payment request at once, but if you don’t pay for the second time, we will cancel the order automatically.
Basically AOCS gives an option “Status email service” on International shipping. Notification email will be sent to you when the package passes the gate of each status (e.g. Leave from Japan, Pass the Custom).
Some countries or stats, this service will not available.
If it is returned to Japan since Over Due of the stock period in the destination country, we will ship it again with international shipping fee only without any handling fee.
Please note that if you wish to cancel the order at that time, we will not refund the price of the item.
Please let us know from the inquiry form if you have any problems such as delay or loss of the package in the destination country.
AOCS will submit an investigation request for international shipping through Japan Post and file a claim for compensation for the package if necessary.
If you are compensated, we will refund the amount of the total fee.
